Extremely long wait for food, and the food was ok. Not terrible, but not great. The tortillas were good, but the fish was soggy. I was expecting more after reading other reviews, perhaps we went on a bad day...

If you stop in at Fruitiland La Casa del Sabor then you must try the deep fried tamale!! It's a bit the spicy side but it's sooooo worth it!! Also the fish tacos with their mango salsa are the best I've ever tried!! These people know how to cook!! Lol.. Lots of flavor and their milk shakes are very good... More

A walk up taco stand with limited picnic bench seating. We each had the Three Taco plate (@ $8). I had pork and my wife had beef. Much better than street tacos you would typically get at that price. On your first visit you should get the spicy salsa on the side because it has quite a kick.

We stopped by here after it was recommended. Everything was delicious. Huge portions. Just share a dish! I had the carne asada tacos. Homemade blue corn tortillas. I asked for spicy sauce and it was spicy! My husband had the huarache and it was great. We took home half of our food and had it for dinner! Reasonable prices, nice... More

The tortas are huge! The tacos were delicious, they are bigger than the typical street taco. I really enjoyed the blue corn tortillas, nice to switch it up. It's a cute little place with only outdoor seating perfect for a casual lunch. We tried the pineapple, cucumber and guava agua frescas and they were a hit with our crowd.

The tortas were not that good at all. The thing you want to get from here are the fruit drinks. Even these were hit and miss. This is probably something you need to visit in the summer, when the fruits are in season and have a more pronounced flavor. They seemed a bit thin in flavor.

I am a big fan of this mighty little stand on Grand. They have the most unbelievable food from a walkup window. Try the fajitas platter. Tortas here are very big.

very over priced for certain dishes. the taquitos are great as are the tortas and fruit drinks but any time I have ordered a special it was very expensive and ends up being 2/3 onions and hardly any meat. Not sure I will go back when I can just go to Chacho's in Oceano and get much better food at... More

I went with a friend based on a recent New York Times article. The blue corn tacos are supped to be the star, but I found them cardboard-like in texture and taste. The fish within the tacos were flavorful with the fruit salsa. Still not highly recommended.
