You're just paying for the view. ($26 for a glass of cheap champagne...$40 bottle in a sea-level restaurant at $130) It felt like most people go there to have the opportunity to be showered in shaken champagne from the 20-something drunks sitting at the next table. Go ahead, make a reservation, be prepared to pay $100 per person for OK... More

I took my 32 yr old daughter in law and my 30 yr old daughter as part of a party of five to Cloud 9 for lunch. We ordered wine but were told that since neither of them could produce their passports (Brits don't have ID cards) they would not be served. The waitress was very matter of fact and... More

The restaurant has a pretty view and the interior is pretty similar to restaurants in Austria, quaint, small, noisy. Most of the food was pretty unforgettable including the dry halibut. The pasta bolognese was the exception, it was excellent. The champagne was too expensive and the other choice was beer or wine. Five couples were excited to go there but... More

Wow! Has this place changed!!! My memories of this early day warming hut was of good food and a warm inviting dining room. Now it is a "night club" style restaurant ( that is literally what the manager called it) that was so loud I could not hear anyone at our table. When I asked if they would turn it... More

This restaurant is situated on Highlands mountain, in Aspen. It is geared up to have a party that starts after 2pm daily. We took our 2 children age 12 and 17 for the early lunch sitting at 12 noon to avoid the party and found the food choices were very limiting and super expensive. We felt we were rushed so... More

The 2:00 seating was some of the most fun I have had in a decade. We started with the fondue and the elk and jalapeño sausages. I preferred the sausage over the fondue. Cheapest bottle of champagne is Veuve at $130 so it gets expensive - fast. The it happens. The music got loud, people started dancing and we all... More

Wow. What a view of the Maroon Bells! Book a table for the 2 pm lunch and request the main dining room for the full experience. Great music and fun times but pricey and entrees are average. Stick with the fondue and Raclette as appetizer portions. That is good and enough food. Appetizer portions are not on the menu but... More

Treated ourselves after a hard morning on the slopes. Very friendly staff, excellent food for an alpine restaurant. Fun and relaxed atmosphere.
