Great location, easy and professional staff cater to anything you want. It's def one of the best restaurants in the Roaring Fork Valley! Easy to make reservation and well liked by locals! I will be back!

We went there for lunch. We were the only ones there. The waiting staff were excellent. Very attentive. The food was very good for the most part. Our pasta was tasty but served Luke warm. They did not serve it at the right time. They waited for the steaks. Nice decor. Good bread. Expensive wines.

What a shame, we so very much looked forward to our visit. Reserved well in advance and were disappointed. Pretentious for no obvious reason. We sat at the bar for 30 minutes until our table was ready and the bar lady was dismissive and seemed to even brush us off..... I don't drink alcohol and when I asked for a... More

Four of us dined upstairs, with a great view of Ajax. I'm not sure whether we dined in the club, but the setting couldn't have been better. Our appetizers included a fettucine with mushrooms and black truffles, a squid salad, salmon carpaccio, and another salad (can't remember details), all of which were not only beautifully plated, but also delicious. One... More

Great vibe. Fantastic service. Bolognese. My favorite. Escargot. Lamb chops. Make your reservation very early.

I've visited here a few times and this is an updated review. If you want a slightly quieter experience I suggest you eat upstairs. Downstairs is nice, but it just always seems too crowded and close for my taste, and if you're in a large group sitting in the front you feel the draft every single time the door opens.... More

We ate there 3 times in the 10 days we were in Aspen so that we could eat the whole menu. I can tell you it never disappointed. The pick of the menu is the pasta selection - Either the Ragu, The truffle mushroom or the lobster they were all delicious. Each day they have a daily risotto special which... More

This is a simply gorgeous restaurant well located and with genuine Italian cuisine. We nearly died when we saw the cost of the wines however as they're very expensive. We had a Durant GSM which was very reasonably priced (luckily) and was delicious. The menu was TO DIE FOR. We shared everything - the lamb and prosciutto ravioli was outstanding,... More

Casa Tua is one of those restaurants never disappoints. The food, ambience and service are always excellent. It's one of my must-visits in Aspen.
