This place is a must do in Aspen (if you get a reservation in advance)! We come here every time we visit Aspen - it has been perfect every time. They are know for the Black Cod Miso and it is truly amazing. The fish is flaky and tender, caramelized in a sweet miso glaze. They also have the best... More

I had heard a lot of really good things about this restaurant and whilst the food was tasty it was in line with other Japanese restaurants I had eaten at which didn't come with the price tag. What was good was the service - very attentive if not a little quick with getting the food out to turn the tables... More

Anyone who has been to Aspen before knows this restaurant...and for good reason. Wildly popular with a great selection of food and wine in a casual (and busy) atmosphere. Efficient and friendly service and knowledgeable sommelier. The food is fresh and flavoursome. Everything you'd expect from a Nobu establishment.

We had been told to eat at this restaurant whilst in Aspen , due to its connections with Nobu . We hadn't made a reservation but if you go to the upstairs area you can easily be seated at the informal bar area . All the sushi was exceptional , the service was great .

This is a truly great sushi place. While the prices are out of control and you will spend your bank account at dinner, it's worth every penny. We have The Chefs Omakase for six people last night along with a number of other dishes we love from being at Nobu and Matsuhisa in other cities over the years. It simply... More

As always, Matsuhisa dis not disappoint! We had a birthday dinner with 10 people, and it was flawless. Every dish was better than the last, and came out quickly. i have been eating at Nobu and Matsuhisa for years, and cannot say enough about the quality and taste of the food.
