We enjoyed a dinner outside and it was the perfect atmosphere. The staff was excellent and the food was even better.

Simply superb food and even better cocktails. But most importantly, this restaurant is filled with staff that care about providing you with the best possible un-pretentious experience while providing excellent service and product. A truly unique one of a kind spot.

I was in Aspen with a friend for a couple of nights and we wanted to choose a fancy-ish restaurant that had a mix of vegetarian options and meat options. I was very impressed with the sommelier, very knowledgable and attentive as was our waiter. Huge wine list as well as other alcoholic drinks, small menu, but great options. I... More

Since we didn't eat anywhere else, we have nothing to compare. Only there one night. It tries to to be on the upscale, but everyone dresses casual and wants to be treated as such. The food is great, wonderful presentation and of course, pricey. We enjoyed it though.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and another person too. It was my husband's birthday and while the food was good, the atmosphere was not as fun as described and the service was terrible. It was like we were in the Bermuda triangle and no one cared. We were between courses and one of the servers working our section... More

The restaurant was recommended by a resident of Aspen , the first one of my interest was the wine menu , it had a very rich and wide selection of world wines. I was interested in a particular bottle from Napa and when i asked the Sommelier she recognized it immediately. The second one took some pleasant wine talk and... More

I'm from Aspen and have seen A LOT of restaurants come and go. I never know what restaurants will be there from season to season. It is no wonder Jimmy's has continued to shine on. Their food is always wonderful, and their bar scene hip and fun. A few weeks ago the Aspen High Class of 1996 had dinner at... More

The concierge at the St. Regis recommended Jimmys for its trout. Boy was she right. I had the best Rocky Mountain trout. It was incredible, juicy, fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and professional. It was the best meal I had in Aspen. If you visit here a dinner at Jimmys is a must!

I am merely going to tell you the story of what happened to me at Jimmy's and you can be the judge if you want to support this business: I stopped in to Jimmy's early dinner time on a Tuesday night. Tables in the bar were filled, but the bar itself was vacant except for two patrons sitting at the... More

Since 1997, Jimmy's has been Aspen's neighborhood restaurant and bar, the kind of comfortable restaurant where you can dine again and again. Ask any local, and you will hear that Jimmy's is an "Aspen Institution." The menu has something for everyone, from the fresh-squeezed margaritas and the "locally-priced" bar menu to the famous crab cakes, USDA prime steaks, and fresh fish. "The menu is designed to feature the finest in American cuisine without being pretentious, served in an energetic atmosphere," says proprietor (and local) Jimmy Yeager. The energy at Jimmy's is what really draws a crowd; the bar is nearly always jam-packed and the dining room lively with activity and a mix of interesting people. The welcoming staff provide the best in top-notch hospitality. Jimmy's is "home" for a large community of locals and tourists alike.
