This cafe has a huge menu-- I didn't find the dishes to be all that flavorful (hence 4/5) but they're very fresh and is is fantastic to have a place with so many vegan/veg items to choose from. Pretty easy to find street parking nearby,...More

Popped in twice this summer, once for a wonderful blueberry coconut smoothie and a few days later a yummy egg salad sandwich. Spring Cafe is a grate place if you want a casual vegetarian or GF lunch! Dress code: Aspen workout gear!
