We went for Valentine’s!! Great Service from Catalina!! Food was Awesome !! Fresh and Hot!! Great meal as usual!! Great atmosphere!! Highly Recommend!! Yeah Baby!!
After hearing so many recommendations & reading numerous positive reviews, my Date & I came to Henry's. I have been to New Orleans many times & became a great fan of Cajun Cusine. I had the 3 sampler, Jambalaya, Etoufee, and Gumbo. My Date had...some kind of Pasta with a White Sauce. Our meals were absolutely delicious & cooked to perfection! I was pleasantly surprised, to find amazing Cajun food in Georgia. The place was crowded as to be expected. I have to give a salute to our wonderful server, Ashley Pittman. She was very polite, professional and just a Sweetheart. She took care of our every need. Other staff members on the floor were always ready to assist with drinks, removing plates etc. If you are looking for a fabulous Cajun meal, going to Henry's is a must!!More
Thanks for taking the time to leave such an awesome review. We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed everything from the food to the service you received. We will share your feedback with Ashley. Thank you and come back soon!
We went on Black Friday evening to see what the hoopla was about…. It was fabulous! The food was excellent, the service was spot on, and between the atmosphere and the visit at the table by Henry himself the night was the best of the...week of eating out!More
Definitely make a reservation on the weekends!! The chicken o-la-la (extra spicy) is a classic. Love the bread. 😋
Was a New Orleans experience. A lot of Bourbon Street charm with lots of people. The food was amazing, I had the Jambalaya which was delicious. Two of our party had steaks(filet) which they said were great . I would highly recommend!
This is such a disappointing and heart-breaking experience with Henry’s Louisiana Grill. Henry's is known for its food and ambiance. Based in the heart of downtown Acworth. A very appealing location. A friend of mine who recently got married, reserved the upstairs for a post-wedding...brunch to celebrate their recent nuptials. The couple booked this in June and the event isn't until late October. Unexpectedly, the groom lost his grandfather, who was a big part of his life. After the loss of his grandfather- his grandmother was also not doing well also recently passed. The family is processing their grief. The couple thinks with the recent losses in the family, the celebration is not in good taste. They asked to cancel their brunch- which is still two months away- and asked for their $500 deposit back. Henrys denied this. I understand the point of a deposit is to ensure the business gets paid for their time and space in case of a last-minute cancellation or no-show. However, there was no mention of a deposit not being refundable (no contract in place, just a receipt) and this cancellation is two months prior to the date of the reservation. This was not a last-minute cancellation or no-show. They are cancelling because of two losses in the family within two months. I understand a business needs to make money, but Henry's prides itself on the family atmosphere of the local area. Yet, they seem to be quite money hungry in this instance. This situation incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend this space to anyone for any event.More
Lauren, we understand you are acting in your friend’s best interest by posting this review. We want you to know that we found a better solution for her which she accepted, she shared her appreciation and plans to return to dine at Henry’s in the...More
We have had dinner here several times. The good is good and plentiful and the atmosphere is crowded but fun. We just can’t get beyond the lack of through cleaning. The tabletops are sticky and hitting it with a dirty rag does not help. We...were seated near the kitchen and it seemed equally dirty. Although we liked the good, the thought of getting sick prohibits us from returning.More
Our baseball team’s game ended 1 hour before Henry’s was closing. We called ahead and were not turned away. Chef Henry and staff greeted all 31 of us with a smile. All of our appetizers, meals and drinks were amazing. Chef Henry spoke to each...of us, threw beads at us, and served the baseball Mom’s complimentary shots. Thank you Henry’s and staff for not only your fabulous service , but your amazing food.More
Sat down at table 11:55am with menus.. 15min later a waitress finally shows up. Give her complete order since we had time to study menu, 2 appetizers and 1 entree. 15min drinks and bread showed up with a salad.. Now watching tables come in, order...and leave. Food arrives 11:50. 55minutes into my 1 hour lunch break. Entree hot, others cool to warm. Cool Shrimp Creole, Cool/lukewarm Shrimp and grits and cold gumbo were none appetizing. Been going for years but no more. Sad..More
David, on behalf of Chef Henry and the staff, we sincerely apologize for dropping the ball multiple times during your lunch visit yesterday. I am so sorry that the Cajun Sampler you received was not the correct temperature and I understand how very disappointing it...More
I don't care how far you have to drive to get to this place it will be worth it. A fantastic vibe and the food will rock your soul. Henry has done a fantastic job putting this place together. He makes it a point of...making his patrons feel at home. Wow party and dinner all in one. When you leave a restaurant full and happy it is a victory for all.More
This place has over the top reviews for one reason…it is fantastic. Every item, from appetizers to salad to cornbread to entree are prepared with care. Delicious. Service is great, attentive without being intrusive. Even Henry stops by to welcome you, reward you with beads...and making sure everything was up to their exacting standards. Definitely deserve all the high marks and abundant praise. I had the shrimp creole and it as spicy, creamy and filled with shrimp. I brought half of it home. My husband had the seafood platter which was embarrassingly humongous but delicious. Each item perfectly cooked. You will not be disappointed but do make reservations. Even on a Wednesday at 7 the place was hopping.More
Ok so based on TripAdvisor reviews we tried this place and it was awesome. We sat at the bar because it was packed and we did not have a reservation. Ashley waited on us and was very attentive even though they were packed. So good...and went back the next day and met Henry. You will not be disappointed so just go.More
Awesome food and the Owner was enjoyable! The food was very reasonable and well prepared. I would recommend this to all, a great find!
I've been hearing about Henry's for years, but it's far enough away that, on the rare occasions when we eat out, it's just not on our radar. Today we received an invitation to join a friend for supper and made our way to Henry's Louisiana...Grill. The parking can be tricky on busy evenings so be sure to allow yourselves enough time to get settled in on those evenings, but even with as busy as it was, we didn't wait long for our reserved table. The food tantalized every taste bud in my mouth. All of us loved our food (we all ordered something different) and nobody was disappointed. The server gave impeccable service and kind attention. If you haven't made the trip yet, don't make the same mistake we did of waiting years to go, make your way to this savvy and savory corner grill as soon as possible.More
