This is a nice place to have a beer on the back patio but the food wasn't fresh. You could see the the food in the case but basically they just heat it up. For that I thought it was expensive. $3.50 US for an English muffin with one slice of processed cheese and mystery meat.

You know , before you make assumptions about the food not being fresh you need to talk to Staff or management if you have any concerns so they can inform you of how our food is prepared instead of writing this post and giving everyone the wrong impression. We have two display cabinets, one is a cooler, the other a dry... More

This place is definitely a trap for tourists trying to find a bite to eat. It is located near the tourism village/ports and designed like an american restaurant for a reason! Most of the food isnt even made in house. I ordered chicken samosas, but recieved the wrong ones. My plain iced tea was foggy for some reason as well.... More

Just to comment on your observations: 1] Spoonaz is not a Tourist Trap, it is patronized mostly by locals, and Tourists who stop in are charged the same price as locals. Sorry, I emphatically disagree with you. 2] Designed like an "American Restaurant" ??!! Would that be North, Central or South America? What does an American Restaurant look like? I... More

Out of nearly everything. No pulled pork, chicken, or panini's. settled for 2 samosas and a chili cheese dog. The chili cheese dog was ice cold (just out of the fridge?). Ended up with a warm coffee and a take out scone. Staff was no help. Total BZE 41.49 - paid the bill just to get away from a terrible... More

I looked forward to stopping in at Spoonaz based on all of the good reviews I had read prior to our trip. My wife and I stopped in Saturday morning for a bite to eat before our transit to Caye Caulker on Ocean Ferry Belize, which is right next door. Ordered two iced coffees (one with Baileys was very good),... More

Good Morning, Just reading your review. Will have to check into why no panini or bread pudding available however I must say on Friday Evening and Saturday morning we are swamped by passengers from a Ship that stayed overnight in the Belize harbour and they ate out a lot of our pastries. Some of our pastries are outsourced and if... More

Wife and I stopped in on Sunday for breakfast, ordered the specials they had along with a side of bacon, after a few minutes were told they were out of specials , which included fry jacks, a type of fried dough that most have, but they could do same special with English muffin instead. After about 15 minutes they brought... More

I tried to get a latte on the way to the airport. I had read good things about Spoonaz, and was looking forward to giving it a try. I ordered my latte and waited. And waited. And waited. Although there were three employees behind the counter, only one was actually filling orders. She was working very hard and fast (unusual... More

Good Morning, I am the Owner of Spoonaz and very sorry and bothered to hear of your experience. I shall copy your review and show my staff, I certainly do not like hearing this. You mention: 1] Three employees but only one taking orders, so the other two did not take orders were idle and doing nothing? 2] You said... More

Stopped in for a late lunch. We had sandwiches that are lite on filling and heavy on bread. Iced coffee is great but when my iced tea arrived I noted the cloudy appearance. One sip told me something was wrong. I took it back to the register and reported the odd taste and asked when they brewed it. No answers... More

This is a popular breakfast place in Belize City on the way to the Belize sign and the water taxi terminal. They make good English muffins for breakfast and have a lovely patio right by the water. An assortment of coffees are available, including Belizean and Guatemalan varieties.

The perfect spot to have a nice breakfast in Belize City, had a lovely terrace just above the water where you can enjoy a good local coffee!
