:ove the Brazil flavor of this little pub. The sandwhiches are excellent. Right sized and never heavy.

Located in Campustown, this laid back restaurant with a bar serves Brazilian / Latin American food. We eat a lot of home-cooked Latin American food so as "insiders" would classify the food here as good. We usually order empanadas and fried yuca for starters. Recently had a chicken soup here that was okay. The charm of this place is not... More

We went for the Long Island Ice Teas and stayed for the food. The drinks were very good and the food was delicious. Two of us shared the Bauru Hamburger. It was unique and flavorful. It was large enough to share and included ham, a fried egg and bacon, corn, peas, cheese , tomato and lettuce. Another friend ordered the... More

This cafe is right across from the university. It was very popular. We were lucky because the weather was great and we sat outside. Inside is a little cramped and loud. Food was Brazilian influenced. Their signature sandwich was very good. The bean stew was pretty basic.

Visited this cafe with a couple of friends in October, 2012. A nice cafe located at Lincoln way, 150 m from memorial union. Only brazilian food joint in Ames, but they don't have a lot of brazilian dishes in their menu. They do have a lot of vegetarian options. We tried burger, brazilian fries and coffee. Did not like the... More

For four years, we drove by Cafe Beaudelaire while visiting our daughter Iowa State and never ventured in to check it out. What a mistake! It is now one of my favorite hidden gems on campus. The food was outstanding and the selection was great, even for two picky eaters. Our waiter was extremely helpful with our selections and attentive.... More

I loved this cafe. Mojito and a delicious Vegitarian dish were just right after a short walk from where I was staying. Outdoor seating looked inviting, but it was a hot day and the cool interior beckoned.

Good food and just a little different than the normal with the Brazilian twist. Hamburgers and French fries are very good. Some of the best Fries ever!

The food was great. Had the burger and it was excellent. They also have excellent vegetarian options. The Caipirinha was good and smooth enough.
