As with most places, fresh food needs to be consumed immediately after being served, at this place as well. Stay and eat the fries here. They are crispy outside, soft inside and very good. The custard is very good as well and if you have several kids, get the four pints for $10 to go instead of individual sides to... More

Wife was on a liquid diet for the day after fasting all night and decided that she wanted a custard malt. She really liked the marshmallow and it took the edge off of her hunger. I chose the tenderloin and fries meal and really enjoyed it. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained with lots of natural lighting. Also,... More

Customer service is absolutely terrible! I took my mother for a little outing from the nursing home & decided to get her a Culver's treat. This is the first time I have returned to the Ames location in probably two years since my daughters and I were greeted with insults and rude remarks from the person working the drive through... When one sees a Culver's in the area, you're pretty much guaranteed a good, hot lunch in a clean, friendly environment. For some reason, this Culver's didn't fit the bill on any of those. This is the dirtiest Culver's I have ever seen. The floor was so "greasy-like" that it was hard to grip the floor. The burgers were cold... More

Good food, root beer and custard, staff is friendly. Clean. Marcydiner tantrum scale of 5/5-no screaming kids.

I am new to the area and received a 2 for 1 coupon offer to try their double cheeseburger. They had a lot of people working there and attending to the customers, which is nice. I thought my burgers were great, albeit a bit pricey. I don't know if I would eat hear much if I didn't have some sort... More

First discovered Culver's some years ago and had to get something there every day for a week oh wow so good. Then something happened and nothing tasted good anymore. Friends agree, they hooked you with the good stuff then switched to cheap ingredients to make money. I have had the exact same experience with Sonic Drive-Inn. I wander into Culver's... More

Culver's has the best custard ice cream - highly recommend chocolate! Great prices on hamburgers etc., doesn't taste like fast food.

An easy choice for a quick meal while we are traveling as we know the quality is always going to be there. Love their malts as well!
