I ate at this restaurant this evening. The decor of the restaurant was lovely. Beautiful handiwork and lovely seating areas. The outside terrace was closed because it was raining but looked like in nice weather that this would be the place to sit. My only issue with inside decor is the lighting was way too bright. If they could just... More

Traditional Moroccon cuisine, try couscous with tagine lamb with almonds. Tapas are also good. Prices: Tagine 180 dirham, couscous 120 dirham, tea 20 dirham, chicken 160 dirham.

Went for a Friday couscous at Al Mounia with a group of friend. The welcome was not super friendly as we entered. We were barely spoken to as we arrived. The waiter then got friendly as we made the effort to crack up a couple of jokes. The restaurant building and premises are amazing, you wouldn't except to see such... More

Incredibly friendly and diligent wait staff. They were cracking jokes with me, which took me off guard at first because so few people I had encountered had a solid grasp of English. Beautiful decor. I got the chicken cous cous - the chicken was a little dry but the rest was delicious. Worth the experience for sure.

This is a hidden restaurant... you need to find it but it is worth looking for it. Typical Moroccan decoration. Lovely colours. Welcoming ambiance and the most important delicious Moroccan food and taste. I really enjoyed the couscous there.

This is a beautiful renovated riad with outstanding service and delicious food. We arrived without reservations on our first night in Casablanca and the owner worked us into her very busy restaurant within 15 minutes The food is authentic and exceptional and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend this restaurant

In Casablanca we couldn't find many places that serve traditional Moroccan food, but this restaurant does. You can either eat outside in the beautiful garden or inside. The food is served by men in traditional outfits. I have two remarks about this place: 1. The prices are much more expensive than elsewhere in Maroc. For example: a lamb tajine costs... More

Friday was Coucous day, so my froiends took me to Al mounia as the best place to have a couscous. Amazing place with local deco, multilanguage staff. I did not find anything to complain about. It was my last night in Casa and it was real joy. The couscous was to die for. I will go back there. The garden... More

Al Mounia is one of the first upscale Moroccan food restaurants to open in Casablanca and even after all these years, service and food quality have stayed excellent. The restaurant is located in beautifully decorated old-style Moroccan villa in downtown Casablanca, the menu offers the most typical yet refined Moroccan cuisine so you can have your friends discover all the...
