Chez Rachid was like many of the other Moroccan restaurants we went to (and offered the same meals.) I ordered the couscous and the mint tea, which I enjoyed. The restaurant is located on the street and is very authentically Moroccan. I strongly suggest you bring a sweater if you're going in the evening!

We had the big eggplant salad and beef skewers. The food was freshly cooked and was very cheap. Around 40 Dhs for a main dish. Flavours were very simple. Don't expect to be amazed by the food but it's good value for money.

Tasty food, clean and good location. We really enjoyed this restaurant. It also happens to be very reasonably priced. Don't forget to order the mint tea.

Really enjoyed our meals here. We both had tagines - mine was beef and prune which was great but my partners was chucken with vegetable and lemon which was sensational. Staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the street theatre of the parade of daily live in the medina, the competition between the staff in this restaurant area to... More

Don't be scared of people harassing you with their menus, its just their way of saying please let me treat you well..... There are 5 restaurants together and they all look alike and I guess the taste may be similar. What I can say is that the quality and effort put into each dish is superb, and the prices are... More

The guys that work there just work for numbers of people but they can't even remember orders and make lots of mistakes. The lamb tagine was very good and so the moroccan salad, the rest is very average

Food was great. Chicken and Prunes Tagine is delicious and only 40 dirham. Menus are a great deal too.

We read the reviews prior to our visit and it did not disappoint us. We were served complimentary lentil soup and olives. We ordered the pastilla which was chicken and a perfect flaky pastry. I highly recommend the restaurant and especially if you are looking for an authentic meal. Tables are tight and you will be eating elbow to elbow... More

We decided to go to that place due the good ratings it has. It's near one of the big medina doors so its easy to get there. The food was good, particularly we loved the prunes tagine! The prices are reasonable. We didn't like the service because they took many time to get the food (we said many times we... More
