The Fez Café is a charming Moroccan bistro set at the edge of our vast garden and topped by an immense rooftop terrace - perfect for a dinner under the stars. Under the careful guidance of Michel Biehn himself, a Provencal food connoisseur with three award-winning cook books to his name, our chef at the Fez Cafe crafts a market-fresh menu every day which draws its flavours from the Morocan tradition, the East, and the home-grown organic vegetables from our own garden. We only use fresh seasonal ingredients. Our bar and Foosball table help make it a fun Medina meeting place. Open everyday for lunch, and dinner. Michel Biehn is the author of several award-winning cookbooks published in France, Europe and the United States. For a few hours or a few days, Michel Biehn, aided by his wonderful Chef Hicham, the head chef of the FEZ CAFE, will be happy to share with their guests, their oriental recipies and secrets of Moroccan cuisine. The cooking class starts by shopping on the market with Si Mohamed, followed by the actual cooking of the selected recipies with both Michel and Hicham. Then, it will be time to enjoy the prepared meal. Price:80 € per person.

Beautiful setting for a meal. The food was very fresh, innovative and delicious. Our smoked duck and cabbage appetizer was especially good. The meal was a little pricier than our other meals of similar quality in morocco.
My husband and I were desperate for a drink so we wanted to go somewhere that had beer and wine. We found this place and decided to go. While I’m glad I had my glass of wine (and he had his beer), it wasn’t great...More
1. Given the exotic setting, the actual rooms of the restaurant were quite ordinary.
2. We had a fixed meal for our group of 20 and the food was OK but nothing special.
3. The price was clearly aimed at tourists and was not particularly...More
Housed in a beautiful garden, however the food itself is nothing spectacular. I would expect much better food for the prices the cafe charges (especially in Fez). I would not recommend this restaurant and would suggest finding somewhere else to eat (as I would happily...More
The only reason for the two stars is the really lovely garden. The place is a nice hideaway in the middle of the medina. Also in the atmosphere and related to the handwritten menu and the prices we have expected much better food - but...More
The place is nice with the garden but the service is slow and the price isn't related with the quality. If you add this to a 10-year-old kid (we guess the owners son) shoutting in the dining room and touching and taking our food, practically...More
We, a retired couple, ate in this restaurant while visiting Fes. Although they didn’t seem to have the reservation our hotel had made, the host was most gracious in welcoming us and making space for us. It was a beautiful setting and we had our...More

Dear people. Whilst all the cafes have internet regretfully the owners cannot read or speak English. Try sending them a message in French. French is their second language. Failing that try Monza palace in fez oued which is excellent choice for foodand hospitality. Its on the main road and caters for a lot of people. I hope this helps.
