Dinner at Amaraz was our last meal after 8 days traveling across .Morocco and it was, for us, the best way to celebrate our vacation with close friends and family. Traveling with a group. Dinner was excellent, starting with a delicious quail pastille, then a savory sea bream, and finally rice pudding (although viscous than an actual pudding). Breakfast was a decent buffet; but we've had better.

In my recent stay at the Hotel Sahrai , we dined at the Moroccan restaurant Amaraz. The food menu was not great compared with the French restaurant next door (Relais De Paris). The selection of Moroccan cold starters and the Monkfish Kebab was the only items on the menu i found that were worth eating. Also the old guy sitting... More

Very pleasant restaurant in the hotel Sahrai serving mainly Moroccan cuisine. Service was outstanding, both for breakfast and dinner. Prices are about what one would expect from a luxury hotel.

In Hotel Sahrai in Ville Nouvelle. Beautiful view of the city from terrace. Went back. Get the Moroccan salads as appetizer. Nice atmosphere. Good selections of tangines.
