If you're staying in and around the Medina you will find it difficult to find bars and restaurants that serve alcohol. Cafe Arabs is very central (in the souk). It's classy and has good food and drink menus. Worth a visit

We ended up here two days in a row as the heat outside was over 100, and inside the building it was much cooler. There is No ac, but the design is such that it’s quite nice in the shade. Both Italian and Moroccan cuisines...More

Nice little place for a drink break from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets of Marrakech. Not much of a view but it was lovely and chilled out. The decor is beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. I had the traditional mint...More

A cool, fun rooftop bar. Quite difficult to find (best to ask for directions) in the heart of the medina. Modern but traditional with simple drinks and cool views of the city. Bar service is a bit slow but a nice place to chill after...More

We stopped for a drink on the balcony to look over the markets. The cafe is very clean and the staff are lovely. Worth getting there early to get a good seat.

My teen girls and I were ready for a break from straight Moroccan cuisine and the concierge recommended Cafe Arabe. The pasta was good. The bread excellent and the rooftop seating was lovely. A solid lunch option (probably for dinner as well) for those needing...More

This was a fun people watching place. My Tagine was delicious and we were very pleased with the bottle of Moroccan wine suggested by the server. Would recommend!

Thank you everyone. I can confirm Cafe Arabe does serve alcohol during Ramadan. Had a great meal as ever (been eating here for over 10 years) just never visited during Ramadan.

I was there during a dinner cocktails from 7pm to around 11:00pm, but didn't see any one smoking sisha. But the roof deck and the courtyard are definitely smoking areas. But I think if you will call in advance, you may... More
