One of the best restaurants we visited in Marrakesh. Convenient location near the Square. Traditional Moroccan cuisine done well - best tagines we have had! Excellent value for the set menu at lunch time: water, bread, olives, starter, main, desert, mint tea and pastry for...just MAD 90. Attention to detail shown in the food and service. Felt welcomed and enjoyed the experience.More

You won't be disappointed, definitely worth visiting. The most lovely and hospitable service we have experienced in Morocco! Thank you so much Adnan. The food was excellent, flavoursome and authentic. We also loved the mint tea here, a real treat 🧡

This restaurant is a brilliant find for anyone visiting Marrakech. The food is incredibly flavoursome and the waiter was very attentive and friendly. The coffee at the end was also very well made! Finished with mint tea and Moroccan cookies which were lovely. A great...place to go for some food - definitely worth the price!More

Exelent traditional restaurant, very cozy with excellent food. The only thing to have in mind is that the service is a bit slow, but totally worth it.More

This evening I went out of my way to find Dar Chef because Google got me close but Dar Chef is further down the street. But Dar Chef’s chicken tagine is easily worth going out of your way for. My chicken tagine spiced with FRESH...spices. You can taste how much better a tagine is when someone goes to the trouble of using the freshest ingredients.More

We came here our first day after our guide's advise and we get out very satisfied! We tried the touristic menu: Bread was a dream, and their 2 types of olives too. Then cous cous and a vegetarian tajine (please try it!!) And we ended...with a delicious orange with cinnamom, the world famous mint tea and a taste of moroccan pastry to lick your fingers! Please try this place and help it!it's a family owned restaurant which really suffered from covid closure!More

We had such an amazing experience in the cooking class at Dar Chef! They were extremely helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Definitely, a once in a lifetime cultural experience, and I could not have imagined a better place to go than Dar Chef! Highly recommend it...to any travelers in Marrakech looking for an experience in a market, learning the culture, and having some great food!More
