Great service and environment. My husband and I both had the local Moroccan dish. For desert we opted for the fruit smoothie. Roof terrace a must when dining there.

The worst experience I had in Marrakech's restaurant - the food was expensive and the portion was really small - I received a small piece of meat surrended by bones. No aperitif before. The waiter was really rude, gave us tajin without spons and plates....At the end he charged us the 10% service. It is first time I didnt want to give a tip to service because of quality/quantity and the behaviour of the waiter. When I said im strongly disappointed of this meal he left us without single Word. But when i was about to leave , suddenly he started to ask for tip! Shameful. The worst place i have ever eaten. I will never recommend it and wherever i can, I promise,i will write down this comment so people can avoid this place.More
Bonjour Madame, Je suis réellement désolé de voir a tel point votre expérience a été désagréable mais je voudrais préciser...More
We loved our dinner here. The rooftop terrace is a haven of calm with utterly delicious food, great value, friendly and efficient service. So much better than nearly every other place we tried in the Medina. The printed menu looks touristy but everything is cooked...with love and depth of flavour. From tasty salads to melting tanjia to succulent marinated brochettes. What a gem, metres from the mayhem.More
Their meatballs Tajin is super good! It’s a really cozy restaurant in a calm area. We recommend it! Good price :)
Nice little restaurant in the heart of the old part of Medina. Food was nice and atmosphere cosy. Bit over priced for what it is and there are probably better options out but it’s not a bad little place to go to.
I needed something light and healthy to eat while wandering the souk. The hostess at the Museum of Women mentioned Le Jardin (popular with visitors) but when I asked her about a more relaxing place with excellent local dishes, she immediately suggest Cafe Souk. I’m...so glad she did. The terrace is relaxed and charming and the food excellent as others have said. I only ordered the Moroccan salads and couldn’t have been happier. The people are easygoing and helpful. I’d come back for a full dinner.More
A great restaurant, serving good morrocan food. The service is nice. We were however surprised to be the only guests during almost the whole evening. Of note, a 10% charge must be added to the prices, as (discretly) mentioned on the menu...!
This could be fabulous, the setting is fine on the rooftop terrace (although I’d invest in some fencing to block the unattractive views of neighbouring crumbling rooftops and their rubbish). The food is solidly good though not exceptional. It’s near to the centre so is...handy and you probably won’t go too far wrong. Just a slight miss for us.More
As we walked up on the stairs of this cafe and arrived at the terrace, we immediately felt good! The waiter is super nice and welcoming and the place is very quiet and cosy. We had the moroccon salad as an entree and it was...soooo good! Harira too was very gnammy and so the beef tajine...in other words, we love this place and definitely recommend it!!More
Possibly the tastiest food we ate in Marrakech! Based on a recommendation from our Riad, we visited one day for dinner, and came back twice more as the food was excellent. Along with regular couscous, they also offer gluten-free couscous as an option with their...tagines, which is fantastic. Excellent food, and excellent service, would highly recommend for gluten-free travellers.More
Visited twice in our time in Marrakesh. The beef dishes, both the tangia and the tagine with apricots we’re succulent and tasty) and my food fussy daughter enjoyed the chicken kebabs with chips as part of the children’s option. Relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices.
First night in Marrakesh for 23 yrs & wanted something nearby. My riad recommended this roof top cafe / bistro/ restaurant and I couldn’t have been happier. A wonderful beef tanjia (which is totally different from a tagine), wonderful couscous and the best chips I...have had in ages. A very tasty meal from a very good chef. Simple, friendly and excellent value. Strongly recommend itMore
We had a delicious meal here which was the best food during our time in Marrakech. Definitely recommend the beef tanjia and cous cous - the meat is perfectly tender and falls apart as you eat it! Lovely service and rooftop terrace with very reasonable...prices.More
simple food - very traditional & classique - great value. if you look for a good couscous or briouate or tajine, this is the place to go.
The terrace is very cozy with live music in the evening! The food is tasty and service was all the time very pleasant. We returned to the place several times :)
