We stayed here 5 years ago & decided to eat here on our fourth night as we were staying close by & felt like a change of scene. We were not disappointed - the welcome, food, service & ambience were second to none. We came back three nights running & would recommend BK to anyone - absolutely love it!

The fact that you came back to eat here 3 times says a lot about your level of satisfaction and yet again it's encouraging to hear that you rated our service, welcome, ambience and food very highly. I know that you were interested in trying somewhere new vis a vis lodgings and that it was a toss up as to... More

I'm not usually a one to say I stayed in the wrong place but I was in a Riad close by and came across this one after a few days of feeling that my pocket was being fleeced... OMG what a breath of fresh air... Firstly they are very welcoming, the service is fantastic, the food amazing and the prices... More

Very good food is served and service is great. Nice and cozy atmosphere, perfect after a day spent in the center of the Medina. The place is quite and food is served fast.

I did not stay at this Riad but used the restaurant and bar. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. The restaurant had a great choice of local and international cuisine and very good wine all reasonably priced, with great service. The courtyard is calm and tranquil and the location is great... We enjoyed our one dinner and two breakfasts at Les Borjs. The Chicken Tajine, Couscous and Chicken Kebabs were all exceptional and the breakfast buffet had an incredible selection of local and international foods. Highly recommend.

After an abortive attempt as seeing the gardens via a very long traipse along avenues at 6pmish we three were desperate for any drink, aiming for The Clock as Les Borjs (via the downloaded TA city details) looked too upmarket for us and our budget! As we passed by the phrase 'happy hour' beckoned us in. The friendly concierge welcomed... More

Enjoying a week here in Marrakech in this fabulous riad. Although the outside is somewhat unprepossessing, (a typical feature of Riads) once through the door you enter another world. Peaceful, relaxing and quite beautiful. Tranquil courtyards, luxurious seating areas , a good sized pool. Who could ask for more amid the hustle and bustle of Marrakech? The staff are thoughtful... Little gem in mechouar. Went there for a spa treatment & drinks with family and friends and found the staff very welcoming. Pool is free to use for those who have spa bookings. Has a traditional courtyard and the riad is apparently constructed out of 7 adjoining properties that existed in the location.

Description
In the hotel’s Le Jasmin restaurant our aim is to provide high quality cuisine, for outside diners as well as residents, based on a series of daily-changing set menus and two gastronomic à la carte menus featuring a varied range of sophisticated dishes, including vegetarian options. The emphasis is on modern French cuisine, in addition to a full range of classic Moroccan specialities, all prepared from fresh local produce by our Moroccan chef and his experienced local team. Since early 2011, however, following employment of a top consultant chef from France, gourmet visitors to Les Borjs de la Kasbah have been treated to a dining experience of an even more memorable standard. In February 2011 we invited Olivier Pichot, former head chef at the Trianon, Paris (where he obtained 2 Michelin stars before handing over the reins to a certain Gordon Ramsay), to have a look at our menus, as well as every other aspect of catering at Les Borjs de la Kasbah and to make recommendations. The main aim behind the review of dining at Les Borjs was to raise the bar a little by presenting a number of newly-created, refined dishes in the French style but imbued with the unmistakeable influences of Moroccan herbs and spices. In addition to the daily-changing menu (200 dh) an interesting selection of à la carte dishes is available, including vegetarian options, with traditional local specialities being featured in a separate Moroccan menu. DinnerThe à la carte menus work out at around 300 dh for 3 courses, excluding the cost of inexpensive Moroccan wines. In addition to these two à la carte menus, offering French and Moroccan specialities, we also offer a daily-changing, 3-course table d'hote menu, with more limited choice, for 200 dh.Moroccan evenings Subject to numbers, these are organised on a regular basis with a traditional menu, local musicians and dancers. Good food, good fun!
