From the time we walked in the door, until the minute we left, it was such a pleasant experience. The owner greeted us at the door with a warm smile and pointed to the prefixed menu on the wall. We noticed the price was 250 dirham/pp & that was steeper than we expected. But the food and service was well... More

Do not be afraid to go to this place because you saw it on a touristic guide (e.g.: lonely planet), because it is definitely not a touristic place! Le Saveur du Poisson offers not only great seafood, but also an amazing culinary experience that is widely enjoyed by locals alike. I myself have been advised to go there by a... More

Though I had seen and read reviews for this restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised that our guide walked us to this restaurants for our lunch. Their menu is prix fixe and starts off with an appetizer plate of olives, a spicy dip (most probably Harissa) and a bowl of roasted nuts. This was followed by an amazing Fish soup. The... More

If you like well prepared grilled fish, tasty seafood (which contrasts with overcooked seafood served in tajines) , and honey-nut based deserts this is the place. Be aware this is not your average fancy-like tourist restaurant, be ready to dine on a long table next to other guests in a casual setting as the locals do. Even, if half of... More

A bit expensive based on local standards (200mda) BUT they had amazing food. Menu imposed by the chef, no choice à la carte but it doesnt really matter coz this is the goof stuff. Great staff, our guy had only one joke but he kept going and going and going through the whole meal. Highly recommended !

I have one thing to say about this place: when you walk in, you do not smell seafood. And it is a seafood restaurant. Which means that everything is so fresh, so deliciously prepared after being pulled directly from the sea, that all you taste is perhaps the most incredible seafood you will have ever eaten. A menu? Nope -... More

I love this special little place and especially the owner and the waiters. The food is delicious, presented with flair, no decisions to make just great. One review says tourist trap.. but both times I have gone there were many Moroccans eating there as well as tourists. Eating at this restaurant is one of my all time favorite dining experiences.

My friend and I stayed in Tangier for a week and ate here twice. There is no menu; just whatever they bring to the table. Which was astounding. The whole fish, in particular, is amazing.

This restaurant opens at 8:00pm get there at 7:45, there will most likely be a line. It is on a little "street" with stairs and a bit hidden though there is a sign at the top of the street. There is no menu to choose from, everybody gets the same meal. Make sure you have a healthy appetite... don't eat... More
