For Luanda this restaurant has a good interior, appears clean, the staff are well trained, and the food is good, but not great. And as with everything in Luanda the prices are expensive and compared to restaurants in other countries this one is very expensive for what you get. I had a beef dish and a side order of rice... The restaurant is located in the downtown, a very convenient place. There are private rooms. Both Chinese and Japanese food are served. The staff are polite. But the food is not value-for-money.

Went there with a friend of mine, had raviolis, duck and dumplings. Overall acceptable chinese food, but not extremely fresh, lots of MSG, portions ok. Service average.

Food is good and consistent. The only place in town with quality Teppanyaki/Hibachi Grill. I go there regularly with friends and have never been disappointed.

A good place for a night out with with friends or the love one. It is not that great but is one of the nice place in town. It is a Chinese restaurant but you find as well other cosines. Be aware that most of the times they do not accept card payment, so be sure that you are taking... More

I ordered a fried chicken appetizer and fried rice. The fried chicken was actually a thin preformed breaded chicken pattie that had the taste of something from an bad elementary school lunch. They cut it into French fry sized strips and charge about 800 Kwanza for that. The fried rice was acceptable but was loaded with corn which seems out... More

It is a Chinese restaurante, that looks modern from out side. the inside is not bad, but i would not recommend it for a business dinner. I have being there couple of times and they request payment in cash which at this period of time, few people have cash on their wallets. couple of time i had to change my... More

It's expensive but that's typical in Luanda. The food is really good, the place is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. We had spring rolls, chicken with almonds, chicken with peanuts and chilis, a grilled shrimp dish, and stir fry veggies. All the dishes were delicious! I will definitely be back. Oh, do stay away from the sake.... More

Great restaurant with pleasant staff (if you speak Portuguese) and the food is welcomed after a week of hotel slops. Wide variety and the prices, whilst steep, are lower than most hotel menus. recommend the beef Rib and the Chinese Cabbage. I found that 3 mains does two people comfortably and you wont leave felling hungry. I of course had... More

On a business trip to Luanda, Angola, last week and stayed at the Alvalade Hotel. I had been told about this restaurant and that the food was very good. It is located across the street from the hotel, which makes it very convenient, considering you generally have to take a car and driver to most locations. It is also a... More
