Sweet Joy is a lovely atmosphere, with walls restored to original brick, with nooks, crannies for more quiet, intimate meals and a couple large tables for groups. Great food, perfect-level-of-asking service with a smile. It's always happy to dine at Sweet Joy.

This establishment is amazing. We love gyros and we're craving them one day, this place made them and they were delicious and reasonably priced. My husband goes there often to get pastries and coffee because they are to die for. Highly recommend this place!!!

Hand made gelato in flavors to die for, Italian dinners from scratch (on Thursdays only) and great Paninis daily ... Great lunches and dinners that include soup or salad AND dessert and prices anyone can afford! Your host, Wendy, is what brings the Sweet Joy to this Shoppe!

I don't come here enough. It never disappoints. The staff are very helpful and friendly and I had a very nice visit with my mom over cappuccino. They always have healthy options also which is important to me.

This is a repeat restaurant for us! The quiche is excellent as well as the panini and the soup has never been anything but delicious! The staff is friendly and the service is quick, but the atmosphere is one that you could sit there for hours and maybe read a book, have a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy... More

What a quaint, lovely shop...more a shop/restaurant than anything. Paninis were wonderful, as was the gelato. The real stars were the Danish butter cookies with a sweet glaze and a raspberry center. We took an extra dozen home! Would definitely go back there!

We were downtown at lunch time and decided to stop in. It had been a while since we had been there. We had the same great food and good service. The consistency is wonderful!!

This place has an array of items for sale including coloring books for adults along with sweets and other food. Very friendly staff and a restroom was available as we shopped along the main downtown street.

We stopped for lunch last week at the advice of family. Glad we did...what a neat operation, nothing fancy, but quaint ambiance with top quality home made offerings from sandwiches to specialty lunch hot dishes. And the best was yet to come...ahh the desserts!!! Fantastic...yes indeed...we will join the be back club!!
