Really nice coffees in a nice cafe. Be careful not to sit near the fence if you are a farangi because beggars and hawkers will harass you as they go by.

A good place for coffee. Also good for sipping and chatting. The service at both outlets I visited was good (Bole Road and Bole Medanealem).

Average coffee houses. They have quite much branches. In addis gives minimum standards and you can enjoy your time there. I cant say very high level coffee places but at least have main standards so nay choose comfortably if dont know much places yet.

Visited the one near bole road...as it's fasting season in Ethiopia now, so I got to taste the roasted bitter coffee... Then ordered one with milk to compare the tastes Wow...It's like two different worlds Once we sat in the street sipping the caramel... Second time we sat inside the restaurant to enjoy cappuccino

The coffee is bad, not rich at all-better anywhere else. Service is the worse, you have to wave folks down for everything but your first coffee. I think locals just come for one and hang for hours so the staff is not used to folks wanting more than one. Bad music with a broken speaker. Staff were in general very... More

Ethiopia boasts some of the most delicious coffee in the world. It is very strong, however, so lots of cream or milk is a good idea. This coffee shop is traditional, full of locals and tourists, with amazing freshly roasted and brewed coffee and pastries that make an excellent afternoon repast. I bought all of my coffee for friends at... More

I have had coffee in several of the KALDI'S coffee shops in Addis. They have excellent coffees, their teams are always friendly and custmer oriented, but seating is mostly on hard chair and not really cozy and comfortable.

Not a brand new place but busy as they served coffes, drinks, ice creams and pastries. Their expresso coffee is good, quite strong for the real coffee lovers! Good service, smiling, fast and efficient.
