One of my favorite place in Bamako. Good to see pleople exercising, making pic nic or just having a good time. You can also climb and find a nice view of Bamako. There are also bicycle that you can rent. There are a gym and there you can find natural juice.

The restaurant Parc national du Mali is another place not to miss in Bamako. The whole exterior and interior design is amazing and unexpected. The food was great too!

I had lunch here in September with colleagues I was working with from the University of Mali in Bamako. The service as excellent, the food delicious and the location an oasis of peace in the bustling city. I hope to return one day !!!

This park is located near the escarpment that overlooks Bamako. It is an idea place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and even better for an early morning run with dodging smoke belching trucks and taxis

This is a small park, but a gem in the city. It's shady, clean, well-organized, and has interesting attractions like the botanical medicine garden. There are lots of small playgrounds for kids and it is probably the best (only?) green space for children in Bamako. There are a few places to get a snack or drink and the Museum and... More

The park is one of the few refreshing aesthetic venues in a rather bland city. Food is better than average, prices are high though.

We went there for brunch after the weekly rockclimbing expat gathering in the National Park. Note.that the restaurant is located within the National Park- entrance fees applies (1000 CFA for foreigners). We had duck salad (very good!), smoked salmon (was fresh) and steak & fries. Everybody was pleased and prices were aligned with similar tourist restaurants in Bamako (15,000 CFA... More
