This restaurant was my savior. as i am a vegetarian and there are only 2 or 3 restaurants in the whole Abuja that serves veg dishes. Thank you to the chef and the manager for taking special care of my special requests on meals. And the food is delicious as well.

I had a memorable experience at wakkis. I enjoyed their meals, Their grilled chicken is fantastic. I also love the biryani and mutton. The environment is warm and friendly with their hospitable staff. It's a child-friendly restaurant. It's a great place for a family eat out and will be great for birthday dine out. I am always looking forward to... More

I went here with a group of friends. It wasn't busy and almost everyone there wasn't local. The food was okay, priced appropriately compared to the other local restaurants and was tasty enough. The portions were a little underwhelming. Overall, a bit average.

I have been to Wakkis since 2002 from their old place. However was surprised to see the standards coming down drastically. In the past two visits, when I ordered for black label they served only 2 shots and later informed that their stock is finished. Surprised to see a fast moving alcohol not being stocked. Particularly the same thing happened... More

I would say not all food I found was god but surely they have nice Indian food , of course you need to tell them on the level of spice ,otherwise it could be very spicy . I found it bit noisy if you are coming with family and also quiet dark , which I think is normal in Abuja.

At Wakis you are bound to see and dine alongside top politicians, diplomats, expatriates as well as well-heeled locals. What better place then to eat good foreign and local foods and probably make that good business contact?

I was there for dinner with some friends. Great indian menu and actual meal was tasty and well served as well as on time. Service was also good with waiters actually waiting on you.

My husband and I frequent this restaurant because we feel it is the bast Indian food in Abuja. I usually order the chicken tikka masala or chicken biryani. Both are delicious. I also can't visit Wakkis without ordering the samosas and garlic garlic naan. Everything we have ordered here is always flavorful and seasoned well. An added bonus is the... More
