Visited here again recently with a small group. We had lunch one Sunday, and a good browse around the excellent shop. The food this time was much improved, served promptly and hot where appropriate! The fresh juices were great, and so were the chips. Other...More

Perfect place to be with children. Our children had fun playing on this huge yard whilst we enjoyed the art and craft shop. Lovely food as well with perfect children dishes. Definitely recommended.

Came across this place after chatting to a couple of work buddies, it's very nice and quiet suitable for a relaxing evening, set on a old farm it's really very quaint. Food was very good and service very welcoming. Definitely worth a visit

The place is quite out of the way and we took a few wrong turns before getting there. The food was good with a home 'cooked meal' feel to it. My son had a good time on his birthday.More

We came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The menu on Sundays is limited. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was mostly mayonnaise, with a some chicken, on a hamburger bun? I don't recommend. I'm really not a very picky eater, but this...More

I am sorry you had a bad experience with us at the cafe, our chicken sandwich is one of our most popular, and we have never had a complaint yet. I have also spoken to the girl who was your waitress and she can’t understand...More

I have visited Lusaka several times but today was my first trip to Sugarbush. The setting is very nice and our waiter was a pleasant fellow. We were disappointed that the kitchen had run out of quiche and soup, these must be popular items. So...More

This place is brilliant if you want a decent Sunday roast - they even serve Yorkshire pudding's! It's some way down Leopard's Hill Road but it's worth it, set in a stunning location everytime I've had lunch there it's been really great.

Thanks guys! Julia, Pat and their team are trying really hard to put on a great show despite the inclement weather and it's always lovely to have good feedback. Hope you'll keep coming and watch the Sugarbush Cafe Facebook page for other events.

We drove up to Leopard's hill just to view the area as we are new to Lusaka. After several highly disappointing dining experiences, this was a pleasant surprise. Service was really good, we got our food on time and the burger was really really good....More

Description
Sugarbush Cafe operates alongside Jackal & Hide Shop at Sugarbush Farm. Our aim is to provide a friendly family orientated location away from the bustle of town where you can shop for handmade leather goods, interiors and jewellery and enjoy delicious homemade fresh food including Organic Salads, Sunday Roasts, Pastas, Steaks, Burgers and a Kid's Menu in a safe and friendly rural location. The Cafe is under new management and your hosts Pat Chapple and Julia Tunney are working hard to re-establish a friendly neighbourhood location that meets the needs of our visitors from all over Lusaka and internationally. They've set up a great little deli-store selling the very best of Zambia's home grown artisan foods and basic provisions so that you can take home the freshest ingredients for your next meal once you've eaten your delicious lunch at the Sugarbush Cafe. Every month there are sundowner functions and small events to watch out for and we are always happy to book private parties at this lovely venue. We look forward to seeing you enjoying a meal, a coffee or a glass of wine, browsing the delicatessen, picking fresh veggies in the garden or trying a new handbag on for size. It's a great day out for the whole family at Sugarbush Farm
