The wait was not long at all to get my soup and warm sandwich, I ordered chicken and rice soup and a toasted turkey melt sandwich! The food was amazing!!! The owner, Amanda, was very sweet as well! I was very... More

Limited menu but the baked goods are wonderful and the bierocks are fantastic. Good place to stop for a quick lunch while wondering around Abilene.

Very friendly staff and good brownie! I had to find somewhere that I could get some work done before my next meeting and they were the perfect spot.

Abilene isn't exactly loaded with fine coffee experiences. This is a great little bakery/ breakfast/ light lunch shop with good coffee and tasty pastries. The menu isn't big or the bakery options extensive. I'd go here daily for my coffee if I lived/ worked here.

Located in the heart of downtown. Enjoy lunch and shopping for unique gifts all in the same place. Excellent and unique sandwiches. Seating is in the midst of many reasonably-priced items to browse while you wait, including a few antique items and a few handcrafted. Very enjoyable and definitely worth stopping in if you are in town.

We arrived in Abilene around noon and wanted lunch. Checked TripAdvisor and selected Amanda's (& Mayme's - just so you are not confused by the outdoor signage). The menu is limited but the baked goods and sandwiches were very tasty. Salads and sandwiches plus chips were fairly prices with fresh turkey or chicken salad on the sandwiches. Stylish little shop... More

Quaint little coffee shop. Good scones. Appeared that the serve lunch and maybe dinner. Just a couple of blocks off the highway. We'll stop again.

Our first lunch in Abilene on this trip was at Amanda's - a favorite of ours. This time, I chose a Bierock with cottage cheese as my side. My wife chose the Tuscan Wrap with pasta salad. We ordered at the counter, found a table, and waited a very short time for our lunch to arrive.
