We were told it was the best pad thai of Bangkok. We were a little sceptical, for us a pad thai is not a dish that can be 'sublimed'. But the experience was really worth it. There was a queue outside but it went fast, and while waiting you can see the chefs doing their magic work. The omelette part... More

Had some really high expectations since it's touted to have the best Pad Thai in town. Well, it was good but not the best I've had. It was a little on the sweeter side. Had to add some pickled chillies to balance it out. I wish they also served whole peanuts instead of crushed. Oh and please be prepared to... More

Thip Samai definitely lives up to its name of having the best Pad Thai. I was taken there on a night food tour and was of course a little sceptical of how good this place would be. The pad thai was amazing - tasty and fresh! A place also had a great vibe - really busy and right in the... More

If you go to Bangkok, don't miss out on this place. There's no excuse not to if you're staying in the Khao San area! The Pad Thai is amazing, served with orangey-sweet noodles inside an omelette for 90B. Service is quick, you can see it being made and it's nearly always full. It'll make you never want to pay for... Polished and established business model, fast paced, servers seemed tired and cold, very simple menu, pretty good pad Thai... but not great! That sums up IN-N-OUT burger too but it has its own cult following and is worth a stop as well and rarely disappoints. Just don't expect to be blown away.

Some of the best pad thai i ever tasted. There s a long que outside but they are very quick and organized so to serve you. For me the best are the original pad thai. They also have pad thai in oil shrimp but i prefer the classic version

Got introduced to this gem by happenstance! Truly tasty pad thai very different than what i have had in multiple places in and outside of thailand! Try the Superb Pad Thai..umm mouth just started watering! Staying across the street of this eatery, which turned out is more famous landmark than few historical places put together! just tell the taxi/tuktuk guy... More

This restaurant makes the best pad Thai in all Thailand. We tried the 2 recipes and both were incredible. A must-go place in Bangkok!

The pad thai here is on the slightly sweet side but it's still tasty and eating it served in an omelette was a nice change to the typical pad thai. I also recommend the orange juice that's freshly squeezed! Finally, do come early to avoid queues!

High expectations, low quality. Worst pad Thai I've had. My food was only warm and there weren't enough exciting flavors that represent Bangkok. Oh and they forgot my order so we were waiting for awhile until I reminded them I had ordered.

Thank Melody T
