We were in Bangkok for almost a week and came three times. Great service and the food is amazing! As a tipp: the starters wont be needed, pick a curry and enjoy the time.

Thankfully the restaurant lives up to its name: although the prawn cakes to start were very good and the stir-fried pork was nice, the penang curry was definitely the star of the show. You can order it according to spice level, and I like spicy food but contrary to other reviews found the spice level to be good here. Prices... More

We stumbled upon Queen of Curry after visiting the Grand Palace. We were staying at Lebua at State Tower, which is a short walk to the pier. I ordered yellow curry and my friend had green curry. BOTH were excellent, though the yellow curry was out of this world good. I walked in wanting red curry, but they did not... More

We went here based on its reviews, and we were not disappointed! The place was full but quickly got a table. The food was really good, including their fresh juices!

We ate here on a few lunchtimes during our stay. The menu choice was very good. Food quality and taste very good. Make sure you specify your level of spiciness ;)

The service was solid and the curries were very tasty. I would just caution on the spiciness issue. We requested spicy and it was so mild that I needed to ask for chilies and powder to pep the food up. That said, the quality of the food was very good.

Now I understand why this restaurant has been so highly rated. From outside, it does't look that special. You can seat either inside or outside. When we arrived outside it was full so we sat down inside. My wife ordered a beer and I had a classic mango smoothie.... it was great. We have been eating quite a bit so... More

Around 5 min walk and Opposite a little street market. we sat outside to watch the activity in the street but there is also air con seating inside if you prefer. Had a late lunch here. Had seen reviews on Trip advisor but wasn't really looking for it, easy to spot as it stands out in presentation compared to the rest of the street. Very clean and tidy, staff very friendly and attentive, food was fresh and care in how plated. This place was full inside, and people kept coming, obviously... More

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
