It's a shame that such place even exists. Sharks were here for millions of years and due to places like this, they are at the edge of extinction. Shark fins can be easily replaced in the soup while preserving its taste. Do so!

A trip to Bangkok would not be complete without a bowl of steaming goodness complete with generous portions of sharks fin. The broth is prepared in the right viscosity and delicate enough so as not to overpower the taste of shark fin. Even though you may already have had dinner, this is a delicious option for round 2.

We were there for lunch. Not too many tables at all, perhaps enough for 30 pax at most, and it was full at 1:00pm on a Sat afternoon. We were taken up to Level 2 where they put us in their VIP rooms. We ordered their shark`s fins and found them delicious and filling. They also recommended Goose Web Noodles,... More

9/10 for shark fin soup and 5/10 for service mind. The restaurant serves a very high quality shark fin soup... personally, I think this restaurant is better than many restaurants in the Yao-wa-raj area (China Town).

Very disappointed. We ordered 4 dishes and turned out only shark's fin is good but not value for money. It costs about S$ 45 per bowl but I rather pay S$ 80 to eat in Singapore as the amount of shark's fin is much more. The other dishes (crab with vermicelli, mustard veggie and fish maw with prawns) are a... More

restaurant a little dated, but food wise, nice, had the noodles with Shankfin soup. However, a little pricey. Service is ok, place clean.

9 of us for dinner. We were told that, coincidentally, the lift just broke down that day. The aged tell-tale hand-written note told a different tale. The first section of the climb had no handrail. But worst, the second section had handrails .... that wobbled when one held on to it. And, as you can see from pic attached, the... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
