This Korean restaurant is in the Manhattan Hotel. The seating is in semi-private walled off cubicles around the traditional barbecue. There is a nice and quiet atmosphere, no music! We had great service of a nice waitress preparing our meat for us. There was a lot to eat and the price was very OK.

Good authentic Korean BBQ. No wonder there are so many pictures of Korean stars who have visited this restaurant before. Price is reasonable

I particularly liked the table set up as it allows a quiet dinner no matter how many people are patronizing the restaurant. I had the hot bibimbap and it was very good. Only thing was a not so good kimchi, but the rest of the sides were tasty.

First time trying Korean food, but rather enjoyed the interesting and spicy dishes on offer. That said, everything was swimming in oil and not great value for money. The service however was the most miserable I experienced anywhere in Thailand, often bordering on rude. I especially enjoyed being mocked for ordering a dish labelled as spicy (which I rather enjoyed,... More

We was aiming for an luxuary Argentinian restaurant but it was crowded. By chance we ended up here. Ordered beef and pork set. Lady grilled food at special table and tought us thai during dinner. Very nice staff and very good sideorders. 2300 baht inclusive beer is cheap. We tipped +200 baht. I recommend it.

Ate at Jin Seng the other night because I didn't want to carry the stroller up and down the stairs to get to Sukhumvit Plaza. Why should the chicken (me) have crossed the road? Because the restaurants on the other side are worth the extra muscle effort. Jin Seng just isn't as delicious as many of the restaurants on the... More

My wife and I enjoy our visits to this restaurant. The service is very fast, and the staff very accommodating. If you want to grill the meat at your table, the restaurant asks that you order minimum of two raw meat dishes. Fair enough, since they have to bring out the charcoal and have a staff person grow to meet... More

Had pork belly and fried squid. Food was good but they will only put BBQ at the table if you order 2 BBQ dishes. Price was good as well, décor was reasonable.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
