Simply a tourist trap. Food is well prepared.....for tourists. Prices are....for tourists But if you are a tourists with "lots" of money - and you like wannabe Thai food...then the place is perfect for you.

We arrived at about 4.30pm. The only guests. The setting was quite inviting, with a nice koi pool that we sat beside. If we'd known then that that was the highlight of our visit we would have left. My mussaman curry was cold and had to be sent back - where it was obviously microwaved and returned. Service was surly... More

Were there a few days ago with 2 other couples on the advice of our tour guide since it was walking distance from the Royal Orchid Sheraton. Nice setting, good service, live 3 piece band and delightful and savory Thai food in a very nice surrounding. Good value as well.

Well worth looking for, offers peaceful setting with water feature and 'friendly' Choi Carp.Food and service was good, especially their Siam Special.

Nice food , a bit more expensive than the average Thai restaurants in the area . Portions quite small . Nice environment with live music the night we visited the place .

We had dinner at the Mango Tree we had a massaman curry and a red curry. Both with chicken. Very flavourful though not the nicest pieces of chicken. Dessert of mango sticky rice, which was nice, and stewed banana with coconut milk and palm sugar. Banana was still hard and sauce was extremely sweet. But perhaps this is how it... More

We were very disappointed. This restaurant was VERY overpriced because the food was just ok and the service was not helpful or friendly.

The location is a bit far away, but the environment is very good! Good food, staff are nice and the toilet is very clean!

We were directed here by the concierge But the only good part is the friendly service. The food was barely average the waiting time very long. I don't recommend

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
