My second time here. Last time was for afternoon tea, while this time I thought I try lunch. After some deliberation with my wife, I decided to settle for the Chicken and Mushroom Pie and a pot of Signature House Blends – No 42 Earl Grey. Wife went for Chicken Piccata (risky choice because the chicken patty could be very... More

Excellent place for the traditional tea and a pretty good breakfast. Drop in at any time and try out the wide varieties of tea and assortments. You can't go wrong here.

The service is very bad indeed, from the table arrangement to the ordering the food. The waiter is impolite , and he will give u a bad face when I ask him to change table. When I try to order my favorite drinks, in which i see the picture in front of door. But the waiter tell it is not... More

To start with the positives, the decor is very nice. Cutlery and utensils of a high standard, and the menu has a good selection of food. There's also a small Harrod's gift shop and a stall selling baked goods. Food unfortunately was a mixed bag. Our appetizer was very different than described on the menu- what was supposed to be... The service was good and nice ambiance. I'm not a fan of desserts except chocolate. I tried their apple crumble. It was really delicious. They warmed up the dessert, it wasn't too sweet except they drizzled salted caramel on top. I would have preferred the caramel on the side.

It's on our last day of our 5-day Bangkok holiday and it's a must to visit Harrods at Siam Paragon. The tea sets doesn't disappoint. Everything is delicious. The ambiance is so warm and welcoming. Perfect place for a tete-a-tete amidst bustling district. Service attentiveness could be improved for sure.

Ideal location for a quick although expensive breakfast. The cheese croissant was very tasty and the coffee equally good.Friendly staff and pleasant decor in one of Bangkok's most fashionable shopping complex.

I am always wary of big brands licensing themselves out. More often than not you end up with a bad experience. Not so here. Everything was on point just as we had expected. Food, service, decor. We gave the souvenir store a miss, but you can grab a bit of elegant British kitch if you are so inclined

dessert and food are ridiculously over priced compare to other good restaurants and the quality of food here is not great. I would not recommend this place, although the ice cream was nice. You can get a takeaway ice cream.
