Thank you for your feedback, and I am very sorry to hear that you have had a less than than satisfactory experience at the Smap Cafe.
We do take reviews and feedback seriously, and we are continuously aiming for improvement in all areas - service as well as food quality and consistency. We have just started a systemmatic service training program for all front-of-house house staff, and since ommunication / misunderstandings have caused problems in the past too, we have also recently started English language tuition for all our staff.
