Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Coming for late lunch, just few people outside and served quickly. 🍔 🍟 coffee ☕️ spring rolls and smoothie. Nice place to sit outside and still having distance to busy streets. Happy with burger 🍔 and good time to avoid crowds for lunch or dinner...🥘More

Non-descript looking place for it is located deep inside a cluster of small shops selling bric brac, but this is one of the two F&B outlets, the other one being serving Thai food. Snap serves a mixture of Western and Local food, but mainly Western...biased. I have been thrice, all three times for breakfast. Breakfast food choices are plentiful and varied. I opted for the full English breakfast, smoked salmon cream cheese bagel and the breakfast burrito respectively. I have to say that on all occasions the food was excellent. Pricing too was reasonable for the quality that you get. And, the Vietnamese coffee is excellent too. The drawback of this place is that there isn't an air-conditioned section. This means that it could be a little uncomfortable on those hot and humid afternoons. Even worse, it also means the ENTIRE RESTAURANT IS A SMOKING SECTION. Would I return a 4th time? You bet I would but only for a weekday breakfast when the clientele is sparse and I can find refuge from the smoking public.More

I was in search of a place where I could spend hours relaxing, working on my laptop, and eating/drinking. It was suggested I try The Snap Cafe. What a fantastic find! It's a restaurant with an amazing area of comfortable couches, chairs, and tables in...a very lush, garden setting. There are also a variety of retail shops in the complex. I came in, mid-afternoon and stayed until 7:30. It was just a very nice, relaxing place to spend time especially during these times when we have all been housebound for quite a while. Their menu has a bit of everything and I had difficulty deciding what to order but settled on a parma, olive, and artichoke pizza. Beer on tap is a nice touch! The Pizza was quite good and I'm certain the other dishes would also be good. I will find out because this is now my "go-to" place when I don't want to spend time in my apartment. Even though it's a 45-minute scooter ride from where I live, I'll be happy to take the drive. A friendly, English speaking staff, too!More

The Snap Cafe is a great place to eat, drink and rest after the hustle and bustle of district 2. There are shops in the compound to browse through and even a nice space for children to play while families eat. Worth a visit.

My family and I visited Snap Cafe a couple of times during our visit to HCMC this December and January. Our 6 year old daughter had a wonderful time playing on the equipment and in the sand while my husband and I drank ca phe...su das and read. We ordered both breakfast and lunch when we went and everything we ordered was pretty good. The coffee and juices are quite delicious. There are also many shops you can check out while your children happily play on the playground. It is true that service is just OK. We had to flag people down to take our order but the food was always delivered quickly and was fresh upon arrival. And once a waiter or waitress was flagged down, they took good care of us. I highly recommend coming if you need a little break from the bustle of the city.More

My family visited several times during our recent trip to Ho Chi Minh City. We stayed in District 1, but used to live in District 2 and remembered that Snap was a good place for kids. It was a lifesaver - the kids loved the...jungle gym, played happily and safely while parents ate and caught up with friends, while keeping an eye on the kids. The staff are friendly, food and drinks are reasonably priced. Food quality isn't great, but it's fine, and the main thing was that it was at least edible, because I needed a place for the kids to run around and play - that was the objective, and Snap was perfect for that.More
