Great Bolenaise and Gnocchi. Food and service was wonderful. The price is relatively inexpensive. We eat here twice and both times were looked after. The first time we were given a complimentary bowl of soup each and when we went the second time they apologized that they had run out of soup and gave us bread and dipping oils. highly... More

Having eaten here on an earlier visit to HCMC when all was great, it was a great disappointment to return and see how this place had changed. Under new ownership, I think they are relying on the former management to carry them through. I ordered wine and the first 3 they did not have, and from here on things got... More

The service was quick and we appreciated the complementary soup, but the food was disappointing overall. We had bolognese - everyone has their own recipe but there was very little tomato and big chunks of carrot and chewy steak. We also had a small pizza, the base was ok but the ham and anchovies weren't of great quality. Reasonably priced... More

As the title said, we stopped for beers and pizza for lunch.. Maybe because we were the only ones that the service was on point! Food was good, as was the standard of cleanliness.. Price may be a little more than others but worth it 👍🏼

I can't fault this place, food was good and they gave us complimentary soup and bread with was a nice touch. We had pizza for our western fill whilst we were away. It was very good. 5 star service tho extremely attentive and made you feel like that wanted you there. We had a fab time. If you want Italian... More

I ordered a pizza and a pasta. Both were good.. I couldn't find enough vegetarian options on the menu but when I called and spoke to them ... They made the pasta as I wanted.. Fast and good service.. Would go for dinner again soon

They tried so hard to make us happy how could you not like them! The food was prompt & very yummy! The service extremely attentive. Nice change from Asian food if you need a break.

We visited, a party of 6, three generations, in June 2015, and loved it. I had always meant to write this review but hadn't, until now, which is when I noted of the change of ownership. We hadn't booked for our visit back then, but were given a snug private room with lovely surrounds. They made a fuss of us.... More

Thanks guys for the great review. Yes very fond memories of how things use to be, however circumstances and ill health (both out of my control) got the better of me in mid -late 2015 and am now back in Australia. I will be returning to Saigon in the future with a new team, some new menu items but serving... More

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was good, had the gnocchi and a pina colada. Maybe a little overpriced but i think that is just true of this particular area.

Thank-you for posting your review. I did request the new owners to take responsibility for Trip Advisor and follow up with customers since August 2015, however it appears as if this is not so. Me, dubbed the “Aussie in Saigon” is no longer Casa Italia (Since Dec 2015 when the Vietnamese took over full management & operations in line with... More
