Great restaurant on Preach Sisowath Quay, (riverfront), Phnom Penh. Food was good. Beer was cheap ($0.80 draft). Service was good. Great view of river from seats on sidewalk.

I am having dinner at here the restaurant name is Khmer Saracen Thai & Western Food, Cocktails, Beer & Wine. The restaurant I am so delightful decorations was made by the paper on the wall. Those paper are letter, painted and words. By the way I saw the two certificates of Trip Advisor.

Went here twice for lunch and dinner, once in a pair and once in a larger group. Service was quick both times and food good- definitely try the hot stir fried eggplant if you go. The location is good, lovely view over the waterfront and near many main tourist attractions like the royal palace. It is easily recognisable by the... More

Not a place about the decoration or setting (although it's right on the riverside) BUT the food is very good and quite inexpensive. Went there a couple of times with friends and I highly recommend the hot stir fried aubergine and khmer amok curry which were both delicious.

Staff were courteous and quick, prices were reasonable for tourist area, food was true to description but nothing outstanding, I had garlic bread that possibly had a sprinkle of garlic salt on it and very dry, the spaghetti cabanara was tasty nothing over the top, the spicy beef salad was average nothing over the top there either, nothing you would... We ordered Khmer food, not knowing what that would entail. So flavourful. I tried an amok dish, so good. I actually ordered amok a couple more times in other restaurants, and they were no where near as good. Great location near the river. I would highly recommend try this restaurant.

We were looking for a place close to where we parked, and happened upon Khmer Saravan. Wow! Great menu with a variety of Khmer, Thai, Chinese, European food. We're actually going back tonight, taking visitors who just arrived today. Right on the Tonle Sap river.

Stopped here for a quick dinner, my girlfriend and I both ordered from the Khmer menu and it was fantastically delicious. As it was our first night in Cambodia this was a great introduction to the Cambodian cuisine. I had the Special Caulis Green with chicken and it was amazing, very spicy but just my level. My girlfriends fish was... More

I had my lunch here on my first day and dinner on my second day. It's located directly opposite Sisowath Quay and it's walking distance to pubs. Recommend to go after 5pm.

Thank Oli O
