The food was amazing and really well-priced. We battled to choose our meals as there is a lot of variety (not to mentione the delicious desserts) and I wish we could have visited this place again. The staff were lovely. The cave setting makes for a fun meal time atmosphere. Bonus was that everything was halaal! I would recommend this... More

Be aware you will be served tea and juice as this is a halal restaurant. We had six people in our group, all had a different starter and mine course. My kebabs were good but I will return one day to try further things on the menu.

One of those restaurants I have frequently dined when I was in UB. Good food, friendly staff, a must is the mixed grill plate...reasonably priced as well.

Yes it's wild in here. Spent several dinners here, each time for under 10,000 Tugriks. No, it's not too spicy, very accessible for everyone and it makes an interesting place to hang around endlessly. They have famous typical Turkish items, such as Ayran (yoghurt drink) and strong coffee. Try their rice pudding!!

One of the few halal restaurants in Ulaanbaatar located in the heart of the city near the Turkish embassy. This restaurant has impeccable ambiance and privacy for love birds. Staff very polite however a bit shy to foreigners. Food is Amazing however more variety is needed Overall ! A must visit.

If you can't make it to Khovd aimag to see the 20,000 year old Paleolithic art of Khoit Tsenkher cave, you can trek the Bayangol District, hike north on Amarsanaa Street, and soak in the experience of Gobi Cave Turkish Restaurant. Plus, you can get a pretty good meal. Mongolia's cave paintings may have been the inspiration starting point for... More
