By the way, if you are planning to dine a la carte, why not try and email them saying you would like to join their Frequent Diner program. The program gives diners a 10% discount on a la carte meals (buit not on the chef's tasting menu). The whole thing has to be done in advance as you will need to produce your Frequent Diner coupon.
I hope you have a lovely meal. I am a very regular traveler to Israel and have been going to this restaurant since 2008. I have never been disappointed by them. On the contrary. The waiters have even helped me decide on the best routes to certain sites and added further ideas on what to explore on my first visit to Israel and 1868. The food is delicious, the ingredients are fresh and the wine list is rich. By the way, this is a kosher, meat restaurant.
