I've been to several cooking classes in different countries before, it's a thing my significant other and I like to do together when we're traveling. This class was much like cooking in a your own kitchen at home. I'd say a group of 4-5 is just right, more than that and I can see it getting a bit crowded. Everything... More

It was a great experience with a group of friends. The owners and facilitators were fabulous - energetic and knowledgeable. I'd recommend it to anyone with a free afternoon in Amman. I love that they email the recipes right after the class so there's no delay in starting to cook them at home!

A wonderful insight into Jordanian family life, in a beautiful setting. A well organised and instructive way to cook authentic Jordanian food, which you share afterwards. A good way to finish a holiday in Jordan, with some skills and ideas to take home which don't need to go in your suitcase.

We made traditional Jordanian dishes! It was a new experience and a very fun one! The staff were very hospitable and sweet. We made an appetizer, main dish and dessert which everyone ate together. They even send you the recipes via email so you can make it again. I had a great time.

Beautiful setting, with the call to prayer and the city views, while you enjoy the meal you helped prepare on the course! Really great way to spend our first evening in Amman, thank you :) We prepared bread, and a main meal and desert - which was delicious!

Beit Sitti (Grandmother's House) offers a great cooking/dining experience in downtown Amman, Jordan. Our family of five (plus one other guest) spent the evening, with the chef and two members of the Beit Sitti team, learning how to make three classic Jordanian dishes (plus dessert). After helping with the prep and cooking, we enjoyed our meal on a beautiful terrace... More

Myself and a friend joined a group of others to spend a evening at Beit Setti, learning how to cook a range of traditional Jordanian vegetarian dishes (Malloubeh, Tabbouleh, Kubeh Bil Siniyeh and Basbousa). We were guided through how to prepare and cook each of the dishes, taking it in turns to assist. We then got to enjoy the fruits... More

We spent a lovely evening at Beit Setti to learn how to cook a few Vegan Jordanian dishes then devouring them. The hosts were very accommodating and informative. An excellent way to spend an evening leaning about Jordanian culture & cooking as well as eating an excellent meal.

Beit Sitti is the perfect way to spend an evening in Jordan. Between the homey atmosphere, great food and fun experience learning how to cook Jordanian and regional dishes - it's a bit hit with guests coming to town!
