We had not been here for a number of months, but it had always been, arguably, the best japanese food on the island- along with Meisei our favourite. Not this time. Every dish we had (shimasu, mixed sashimi, gyoza, chicken teppan, nebeyaki udon, satsuma age) was a poor standard compared to the past. Either the chef(s) were having a very... More

I visited here many times but sad to say the last time that I dine in here it was horrible because of the service. The food was cold and some staff not attentive and not friendly, especially the manager it seems he doesn't care at all only talking and laughing with the staff. The place was great.

Great food. Nice people serving. And the best tempora. Wow. The steak was very good too. The live cook could use more pizzazz. But all in all... 5 of 5

Had lunch at Sato this last Friday. Not a lot changes in this restaurant. Food quality is pretty consistent, but nothing spectacular. The Hot towels prior to the lunch stank of age and need to be changed. The Ipad Menus were a cute change.

We loved the Japanese food at this place, and the various seating options! Very tasty food, and excellent service… Highly recommend their sushi and noodles dishes. Prices are slightly expensive, but worth it ( the bill came at 80 BD for 3 people )

I often go to Sato for sushi and Japanese food, infact it's known as of the the best sushi places in Bahrain, I often go there with my friends, quality food, nice experience, good service and worth the pay.. Highly recommended.

The place is amazing. I went there twice the first time was with some friends. We had the teppanyaki table and the second time was with my family and we had the chabudai (low Japanese dining table) which was very convenient for the kids. I recommend the set teppanyaki menu it is good for two.

An amazing dinner, the staff took care of us with greatness.... Nothing was too much, I was sick and needed the AC off but as they couldn't turn off the individual point, they went on to find a heater to help and struggle to find the plugs, and to put it at the right height, but they didn't give up,... Enjoyed a delicious dinner here recently. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience and the staff are really attentive and efficient. The food is absolutely delicious, delicate tastes blended really well in their dishes. I had the scallop and crab with seaweed appetiser and the grilled duck for main course, both were simply divine. The menu has a good range of... More
