Had a lovely meal with my husband. Huge portions of delicious food. Very clean, rustic décor. They serve the meal with a bread- similar to naan bread. And will give you more if you want. Finished meal with complimentary Arabic tea.

The Lamb Kappap was very delicious but the chicken Tika was average. Clean and fresh. The seat outside was nice.

Unfortunately, after more than 8 years of good quality we had enjoyed, our visit today was very disappointing. The hummus was tasteless (no Tahine at all), the babaganouche was too acid and the chicken was covered in lemon (only). Also the price goes up, that imbalance this restaurant cost/benefit when compared with the other options around. Too sad after all... More

Somewhat overwhelmed by the dining choices at the Souq, we settled at this restaurant as the menu seemed to work for us. Oh my -- hands down I had the best baba ganosh ever!! The portions were enormous and everything was great. Also really enjoyed the lemon mint drink. The service was friendly and they served us complimentary Iraqi tea... More

The food is excellent. I've been traveling here in the middle east for quite sometime now, the best kubos or pita bread I've ever tasted is here. It comes with their mixed salad. To finish the dinner they'll give you an arabic tea, the best! We are not tea drinkers but the tea is perfect! I would give a five... More

To be honest I didn't know anything about Iraqi food, that's why we decided to try it. We found the food very similar to Lebanese, with its own twists. Can't say it it was very typical of Iraq, but the food was good and staff friendly so if you want to try something new, go ahead.

I love iraqi food but in al adhamiya this time I was so disappointed because the server told me that they don't have tea so I asked to prepare after lunch but nothing really. I had as usual kozi the lamb chunk with rice and it was average compared to iraqi cousins. The service was not so not good, I... More

I go there the past 10 years and i always bring new friends in. You must try the always fresh salads (babaganoush and fatoush is a must). I love chicken tika yogurt and lamp kouzi.

Very nice food and service is good. Relaxing place for family to enjoy. Must try the Meat Qoozi; softest meat EVER. Complete it with the best cup of Iraqi tea.
