This place has been a traditional place at one time now it caters more for the western tourist or that is at least how it felt. Basically run buy very young people who are working, in our eyes, way way to young, there are loads of them. Unfortunately they don't have an idea how to act, never mind how to... More

This is a nice place to go for a cuppa with a local atmosphere. We sat outside on plastic stools and surrounded by plants. The service was swift. One of the waiters spoke some English and took care of our order. The menu has a variety of snacks, mostly Indian and fried. We paid for the snacks, which were pretty... More

This place is near next to our hostel, we walked passed it in the evening but it was closed. We sat down in the afternoon and it was reaally busy with locals. We sat down and had an english speaking waiter. We were given english menu's (no prices on them) we just decided to pick a dish which was a... More

Typical Myanmar style tea shop with modern decoration. Clean and good service. You must try the Myanmar tea when you are here. Variety of Myanmar, Indian and few western food. Popular for local and expat and also tourists.

I always visit there after my morning jog. Typical tea-shop but they serve clean food compared to other tea-shops.

We loved this place and ended up eating here most days in Yangon for lunch. The menu is also in English and the waiters speak very well too. The food is very reasonable priced, although the menu does not show prices. There is a good selection, although if you go later in the day, a lot of the popular dishes... More

Visited here twice in 2 days for morning tea and lunch respectively. Sampled a range of food items, including the samosa salad, buns and other pastries, fried chicken and all were tasty. Their black coffee was strong and they were happy to make an iced version for me the second day and recommended that I add lime, which was a... More

The title says it all, but read on for the deets. The place is easy to find - it's got that large red sign, and it's at the corner of a large intersection. The two of us got there at about 10+am for breakfast, and there was still a decent crowd although we secured seats immediately. It seems that Lucky... More

The service is not so good because of the crowd and all but the food available covers that pretty well. Not too expensive and it taste quite good for a local tea shop. Oh and the tea here is definitely delightful. You can customize it to your style as well, like Cho Kya (which is sweet and strong) or Kya... More
