A visit to Alice's is a must if you are in Beijing. A wonderful, cultural experience with Alice imparting so much knowledge about tea. The dumplings are fabulous too. If you get a chance just go! Thank you Alice. See you next time.

Such a wonderful , thorough history and presentation of the lovely teas of China ! Who would have known ? And ... lose leaf teas pressed into foil packages costing $1000's of dollars !! Wonderful place to visit and taste these traditional teas .
