I have been to several ding tai fung around the world, Sydney, San Jose, ca, several in Taiwan and Hong Kong. One constant theme in all those locations, long waits. No waiting at the APM center, we went three times, each time there place was...More

The food was fantastic, although a bit on the pricey side. The portions were also smaller than I expected (unless that's a Taiwanese thing). They tasted delicious, however, and I would go back again for a nice meal.

Amazing tasty truffle and pork dumplings, green veg dishes cooked to perfection. This restaurant was as good as the reviews say. It's on the 6th floor of APM shopping mall close to grandmas home. We ordered the strawberry snow ice for pudding it was sensational....More

Reasonably priced authentic Chinese chain (visited in Shanghai and Beijing). Recommend the small dumplings with various fillings.
