I have been to many 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants in Europe but this is my first time dining at a 3 Michelin star Chinese restaurant. We had dinner here. I have been told that Lung King Heen is famous for its tim sum, but I came for dinner with high expectations and was very disappointed. We ordered All... More

I personally feel that Other than the good and prompt service, the food on the other hand is mediocre. We had some of their famous dim and signature dishes but none wow us. There were 4 of us and none of us were impressed with their signature dim sum, beef dishes and roast goose as well as some asparagus with... More

The dim sums are orgasmic! The chicken and abalone puff is a must try! The Peking duck itself is a feast (don't order unless you are at least 4 in number). Dining there made it clear why this place is booked for a month in advance!!!

You can never go wrong with the Michelin-awarded Cantonese restaurant in a five-star hotel. Go, just go. Anything you order WILL be good, I promise. Dim sum during lunch is great. If you're tight on your budget, I still suggest you go. Even if you just order a la carte, like one noodle dish, it is SO WORTH your money.... More

We were staying at the Four Seasons Hong Kong. On the final night of our stay we ate dinner at Lung King Heen, the beautiful 3 star Michelin Chinese Restaurant in the hotel with a SPECTACULAR VIEW of the harbor. The food was OUSTANDING! We met the lovely Manager, Simpson who gave us a history of the Chef. Patrick our... More

Chefs tasting menu with wine pairings Fantastically imaginative totally different dishes. Its fierce money but it's all there in the ingredients. Obviously deserts don't taste so much better with gold leaf on them but it's really pretty !! The fresh abalone was amazing. The wine pairings were off the wall but all complimented each course very well. The rose champagne... More

As far as service at the finest restaurants go, this one was top notch. They were very attentive without being overbearing, so we were able to enjoy our meal. Our teacups were almost always full. We prefer light flavors and explained this to our waiter and they matched our expectations perfectly. Nice atmosphere and great view of the harbor. For... More

Firstlley I must say that of all restaurants I have tried so far in Hongkong this serves the tastiest dim sum. Regarding booking a table the restaurant could absolutely get better. When it comes to staff they were nice and helpful. But not up to a 3 star Michelin restaurant. The waiter that took care of our table was very... More

The restaurant was classically beautiful. We loved the food, especially the dim sum. It was definitely worth the visit.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
