Had never heard or been to this restaurant before, but I work nearby and was taking a friend out for birthday lunch. The ONLY Japanese restaurant I've ever been to in the world where I've bitten on sashimi and encountered a bone. Other lowlights were incredibly bland fried rice, vegetables and hideous coffee. I sent an email to both the... More

My school friend brought me here for dinner - My first time. The view of Hong Kong island was nice. We had a window seat. The food was nice. We ordered sashimi, sushi plus a few other dishes and ice-cream for dessert. The nice, cosy setting would be great for couples.

All vegetables and fruit in all dishes were so fresh and wonderfully prepared, each course was a pleasure. Salad, mains, and then three desserts- I was in heaven! The setting is a bit dark for my taste, but the view is lovely and the staff is very helpful. While entering the wifi code into my phone for me, the lady... More

We had dinner there before, it was pricy but food & atmosphere were nice. We expected to have a lovely Sunday brunch after reading "outdated" open rice post. In fact, Sunday lunch buffet from 12-14:30 including soft drink, red/white & sake costs $738 + 10% per head. The view and seating were nice, however, it cannot compensate poor quality of... More

A sublime experience overall in this lovely Japanese restaurant located above 100 floors in the ICC building, the tallest building in Hong Kong. I was sat by the window and had amazing views to accompany exceptional sashimi (particularly the prime tuna and yellowtail) and exquisite teppanyaki dishes. My guest and I were delighted with the great service and attentive waitress.

We have a great experience here, the view is nice. Chef cook in front of you and all the food are fresh and tasty. You can also try to make Japanese dessert - sticky rice by yourself.

I got to enjoy my travels in Hong Kong by coming to Inakaya. The service is very good and very attentive. I loved the sushi and menu choices as they were fresh. My only downside to any travel abroad to a restaurant is no-free refills of soda and water. Being from America I am spoiled with the service. Be prepared... More

I was staying in the Ritz, and we asked for a good Japanese restaurant nearby. The concierge told us there was one in the building. I expected that they would tell us where it was, but when we said we'd like to go there he said 'please follow me'. We did, he took us to the elevator, unlocked a floor... More
