We had the most enchanting experience at NiRas 🌟 Located at K11 Musea, this treasure is helmed by renowned Thai chef ChefTon who has a Michelin Star restaurant in Thailand, and it took us on an unforgettable gastronomic journey. From the moment we stepped in,...the elegant ambiance and breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour captured our hearts. The fine dining atmosphere perfectly complemented the innovative and contemporary Thai cuisine that awaited us. NiRas masterfully blended traditional flavors with local, fresh ingredients sourced from Thailand 🇹🇭, resulting in a truly unique dining experience. 😛 On the menu: 🔹 Amuse-Bouche *The first course itself was a delightful assortment of four mouthwatering bites. 🔹Banana Prawn, Seaweed Spicy Beetroot: This dish featured banana prawns accompanied by seaweed and spicy beetroot. The use of cooked prawns instead of the traditional raw ones added a delightful twist. 🔹Oyster, Thai Sichuan Pepper, Northern Spice: This course presented us with perfectly cooked Japanese oysters combined with the fragrant aroma of Sichuan peppercorns. 🔹 Grouper, Thai Kale, Choo Chee Curry: The star of this course was the roasted grouper served with Thai red curry and crispy pork and shrimp balls accompanied by fried kale. 🔹Crab, Mushroom, Homemade Sriracha: The local crab meat and mushroom rice dish was a true delight. Absolutely stunning menu. The six course dinner is a wonderful journey. Every bite a memory of where I’ve had Thai food, all the magic of textures, unique spices, everything incredibly balanced in flavours. What blew us away wA the head Sommelier. I absolutely recommend the...wine and sake pairing. Not only does the food menu throw wonderful surprises and turns he did the same. Wines from various countries with unique grapes balanced with the menus. He absolutely made the night. Love this place. Highly recommendMore
