Everybody of my family must choose this restaurant to celebrate the birthday. The Italian food is excellent especially the para ham, loster and pasta etc. Definitely we will not miss the wine for the dinner. We loved to listen the selected song from the live band, most admired of the female singer to sing the Cantonese "上诲灘" . Eventhough we... More

Get the white asparagus in season. Great service. All high quality food. Excellent wine list. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

This Restaurant is extremely famous on the Hong Kong food scene. They are known for their Italian refined food (you shall not go there if you are craving for a deep-pan pizza!). They also have an exceptional wine list. The service is attentive and efficient, but a tad cold. For sure, that's the place to go if you want to... More

Good food, but you can get a lot better options in TST for half the price. It is good to impress business partners, but service ends up being too slow for a business lunch menu. Oh, 2000 hkd for lunch menu with water is a bit over the top. Dress code apply.

I wanted to visit here Sabatini a long time. Tonight I come here with good friend. Here is really high class taste, service and atmosphere. Each material is so selected and cooked well. Comparing the other restaurant, price is higher. But it could be reasonable. If there is important celebration, I want to come here.

Contrary to some previous reviews: Sabatini brings very good and fairly authentic Italian food. Setting is quite nice too. Absolutely loved the food. Wines were OK. One massive downside is the price. By all comparison this restaurant is massively overpriced. We had two starters, two pasta, one dessert and three glasses of wine, already paying attention to take the cheaper... More

Went there yesterday evening with friends, wine fine, our appetizers mozzarella tomatoes and ham, quantity inexistant and no taste at all, price 208HKS, the cheapest appetizer, main course, tagliata with tomatoes and rucola salad 542hks, just 1 tomato, nothing special. You really have other alternative italian restaurants with very good quality in HK, Al molo, Ciak, pirata etc... Please avoid... More

We had been out and about and came back to the room to freshen up before dinner. We peeked into Sabatini's to see what was offered and they had us with the display of antipasto. Pastas were very tasty, as was dessert. Great for a special evening as the entertainment allows for conversation, but is so good, you want to... More

Truely amazing experience. We started out with the starters buffet: Italian delicatessens, lobster, salmon & tuna sashimis, Italian cheeses... With a good (but pricy: 1200HKD) bottle of Pinot Nero from Tuscan. Then we went on the black truffle pastas (you can add italian sausages or portobello mushrooms) which were really great, cooked to perfection and served in a large portion.... More
