Ok, we had to stand in line for more than an hour on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. However, it was well worth the wait! The service is spectacular and the food is simply divine. The atmosphere in the lobby of the Peninsula Hotel is just the right setting for it, too! Overall a very recommendable experience if you visit... More

Lobby at the Peninsula is one of greatest place for celebration, especially for birthday. Staff service is good. Food is excellent. The environment is great for dinner and gathering. I really love it much.

My partner and I decided to have a treat on our second day in Hong Kong. Loved the high tea experience from the moment we arrived....such a gorgeous building, amazing service, great tea and food.

Historic hotel and High Tea in the lobby is one of the 'to do' things for many people visiting. High Tea for two costs approximately US $100! A bit expensive for this budget traveller! We opted for tea and coffee instead - at US $10 each - and had to queue for half a hour to get our spot. Still,... More

High tea with musicians playing for you from the upper level was a treat. Get there early and enjoy!

I have always wanted to go here for afternoon tea, however they do not take bookings. So I decided to go for breakfast and it was amazing! I had the eggs, fresh apple juice and earl grey tea. The service is excellent. Maybe one day I will queue for afternoon tea, however a quiet relaxing breakfast was also great!

Having high tea here was a lovely experience and a must-do when in HK. The scones were my favorite part! Although its a bit pricey, it's not too much more compared to other high tea's in the city.

We enjoyed visiting the Peninsula for High Tea in the Lobby. We were very impressed with the lobby, less so with the High Tea. The food and service was good, but not world class. What made the event for us the lobby setting.

Yes this is a 'touristy' think to do in Kowloon but I can't say I was disappointed. The afternoon tea is wonderful. From the actual tea, the exquisute pastries, the fine china and finally professional white glove service. TIP - be there to line up by 1:30 or you may miss the first seating. Hotel guests have first priority for... More

We drop by the Peninsula every visit to Kowloon and try to stop for tea or a short break each time. There is something so comforting about sitting in a nice chair and enjoying a simple tea or just a light refreshment in relative quiet while the city hustles and bustles just beyond the walls. Truly a bit of home... More
