Since everywhere else is packed, we decided to check out the only restaurant that has seats available. Not to our surprise, the food was terrible. The Crabmeat Burger tasted like mashed-up frozen crab sticks which you can get from any supermarket, served on a bed of overcooked cabbage. Don’t get fooled by the menu picture, it looks nothing like it.... More

I visited here last Sunday. Attracted by the decor, I decided to give a try. Presentation was great but the food standard was poor. Nothing special and the mushroom soup it's very salty. I tried the mashed potato and it's really very salty. You can tell that this is premix mashed potato and not from scratch. I'm sorry to said... More

Decided to try the food here since it is by celebrity chef. Came for lunch with family and we will never visit again. Firstly food portion is pathetic for the price. Secondly food is totally tasteless which is a big disappointment. They even charge for plain water. Will never go back again.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colourful sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill. There you’ll mingle with Singapore’s multicultural residents at the modern bars and restaurants dotting the bustling streets. An afternoon in and around Chinatown will leave you culturally enlightened, well fed, and loaded with souvenirs. In the evening, reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail as the locals come out to play.
