The menu is to die for. The service impeccable. Great for a special occasion or to do something fancy. I had the scallops for entree and they were so tasty with the perfect dressings. I then had the chicken and it was very tasty. Not a standard main size, but Raffles Grill isn't really for a standard lunch. I highly... More

My sister took me to lunch here. What a wonderful experience. We had the set menu . The food was beautifully presented with exquisite tastes . The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We love the Colonial era , This was a definite highlight of our trip !

We keep a great memory of our diner at the Raffles Grill in Singapore. Very nice and bright restaurant, with a colonial personality. Extremely friendly and fluent service. Great menu and wine list. The food was outstanding in presentation and in taste. The only remark: portions are too small. We recommend the signature dishes such as the scallops and the... More

Having been here twice now I think that this may well be the very best steak you can get in Singapore (a close run thing with Bochinche). It is definitely an expensive evening - we spent $400 between 2 with only 1 person drinking - but if you are happy to splash that cash then it is absolutely worth it.... More

Raffles Grill sunday brunch is first of all, the amazing Raffles hotel architecture. Before eating, you enter in another era. This place is so charming! Regarding the food, It's rare to find a so large range of dishes such as prawns, lobsters, 3 or 4 types of europeans oysters, starters, so many cold cuts or piece of meat, caviar, foie... More

Raffles Grill is superb. The food is pricey but it is absolute quality. The steaks are really nice as are the accompanying dishes. The king prawns and lobster Caesar salad were also excellent. The restaurant is very old school and colonial and it is almost like going back in time. The hotel itself is a bit touristy nowadays but it... More

We were greeted as old friends and given the "best " table. My companion enjoyed two Singapore Slings in this historic setting. The menu had a five course degustation menu but we opted for a la carte. I had the leek foie gras and my companion the risotto to start - both excellent and beautifully presented. We then had the... Description
No grand hotel is complete without a formal dining room and that is where Raffles Grill takes pride of place. Contemporary French cuisine is accentuated with Asian elements, made using only the freshest produce available. Equally remarkable is the wine collection, containing outstanding vintages from less renowned winemakers, in addition to noteworthy ones. First opened in 1923, the elegant fine dining establishment is perfectly maintained with sparkling crystal chandeliers and period furnishing. Tall French windows look out to the Palm Court, flooding the interiors with natural light in the day. With an illustrious history and a myriad of awards bestowed through the years, Raffles Grill is well-regarded for its remarkable cuisine, fine wines and beautiful interiors.
